A: Yes, It takes 15-30 days for shipping outside North America. We are working hard to provide better service and hoping to decrease this timeframe in the future.

Q: How long before I get my order?

A: Once your order is placed, we process it right away. It normally takes 1-2 days to get your order packed, quality checked, and ready for shipment.

It will be picked up by the carrier to start transport. Shipping will take 7-20 days for orders within North America.

A: All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Most of orders leave the warehouse 3-5 days of payment. Shipping takes between 3-5 weeks. Usually faster.
